Hoop City

Hoop City is a basketball gym in New Jersey. The instructors work with kids of all ages. Adults play there too. Recently a PlaySight court was installed. The benefit of the court is the immediate ability of a coach to bring players over to the wall-mounted monitor and provide immediate video feedback from multiple angles. They can review drills or games played in the gym. For visual learners, this is one more tool that can help a team be better.

Production notes on this project are that a viewer should note the time lapse of Manhattan at sunrise. I staked out a spot on a pier in Hoboken very early to get the sky changing colors. This was also one of the first times I flew a drone indoors using the new sensor technology by DJI.
